Marvin Pratt, Chief Executive Officer: Has served as an executive officer since 1990, arranging financing, developing operational guidelines, and designing information/management systems. A past board member for NorALFA, Marvin is active with both Washington Helath Care Association and Oregon Health Care Association.

 

 

Dawn Pratt, Chief Operations Officer: Began as Administrator of the Forest Grove Beehive in 1991 and is now responsible for quality care throughout the organization. Served as an officer at the inception of Assisted Living Federation of America.

 

 

Wally Pratt, Chairman of the board:  true sensitivity for those with special needs lead Wally and Patricia Pratt to open their first “Caring Place” back in 1973. They opened their first independent living community in McCleary, WA in 1985. In 1990 they co-founded Beehive Management Group, Inc. with the help of Marvin and Dawn Pratt, to develop and operate “Caring Places” for seniors.  They helped pioneer the concept of assisted living in Oregon and Washington, building two of the earliest facilities providing assisted living services in those states.

 

 

This, mostly family owned business, continues to add “caring places” for seniors in the Pacific Northwest.  We have built an impeccable reputation for caring, thoughtful service.
