Things are rolling along fairly smoothly. We are ready for this snow to stop as we need the weather for pouring the new concrete and asphalt around the property. Lucky the roof is on the building and all of the inside work is able to progress. We have major electrical service installed now and everything is starting to come together and take shape. It always is fun to watch the insulation placed in the walls and the room sizes and shapes really start to become clear. We are excited as things continue to progress.

The roof has been installed on the new building and we only got a little bit wet trying to get it done in time. Major work has now begun inside the new memory care building. Fire sprinkler lines and major electrical are being installed. Sheetrock has started in some select places on the interior of the memory care building, and finish components such as a new spa tub have been delivered to site. Exterior siding on the new building is also being installed. The exterior is really starting to take shape and the interior is making progress.

Major construction of the maintenance shop has been completed. The maintenance shop was being completed while other underground aspects were taking place on the main building. This was done so the maintenance shop could be used as secure on site storage for construction materials. The main building foundation has been poured and framing on the main building has begun. We are very excited to continue watching this new building take shape in preparation for more room to care for those with dementia, Alzheimer's, and other forms of memory loss.
